Der Stellplatz liegt ruhig am Ortsrand der historischen Fachwerkstadt Hofheim unmittelbar angrenzend an die Grünflächen des Freibades. Auch das Hallenbad befindet sich direkt nebenan (allerdings zur Zeit nicht nutzbar, da Neubau). Der Platz ist sehr gepflegt und bietet einen breiten, gepflasterten Fahrweg. Die 29 ebenen, mit Schotterrasen gut befestigten Parzellen sind 6 x 10 Meter groß.

Ausstattung: Sanitärhaus mit je zwei DU und WCs für Damen und Herren, ein behindertengerechter Unisex-Raum mit WC und DU, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Des Weiteren ein separater Servicebereich mit Ver- und Entsorgungsstation Holiday Clean und Müllcontainer an der Zufahrt zur Übernachtungsfläche, sowie münzbetriebene Stromsäulen an den Parzellen.

Touristische Informationen an Tafeln und Aushängen verfügbar.

Platzwart ist in der Saison täglich zwischen 8.30 und 9.30 Uhr vor Ort.

Saisonale Öffnungszeit: Anfang März bis Ende November.

Außerhalb der Zeiten ist die reine Platznutzung jedoch ohne Sanitäranlagen, Ver- und Entsorgungsstation und Gästebetreuung möglich. Strom ist über Münzsäulen erhältlich.

Hunde müssen an der Leine geführt werden.

Der Reisemobilstellplatz in Hofheim i. UFr. entspricht geprüften Anforderungen und darf sich daher als TopPlatz bezeichnen. Ebenso ist er von "Reisen für alle" zertifiziert.

Gebühr: 12,- € pro Nacht und Mobil

Strom: 0,50 € pro kWh (Münzbetrieb)

Wasser: 1,- € pro 80 Liter (Münzbetrieb)

Waschmaschine und Trockner: 2,50 €pro Marke

Die Stellplatzgebühr wird teilweise in den Geschäften des Hofheimer Werberings erstattet.

The surface condition of the parking areas and the path is not low vibration and not easy to walk and drive on.

The reception and the sanitary building are accessible without steps. However, the vending machine of the disposal station is not accessible without steps (step of 10 cm height). The vending machine supply station is not or hardly accessible (due to bushes and lawn stones).
Exterior paths have a maximum longitudinal slope of 7%.
Doors and passageways are at least 98 cm wide.
The reception counter is 102 cm high at the lowest point. There is another, equivalent communication possibility in a sitting position.
